No. We ask that fragile items and personal belongings are cleared from the work area, and that the floor is reachable, but the rest can stay. The crew covers desks and racks with protective sheets and works around whatever is already in the room. If a rack must be emptied for setup, we agree on that in the scope before the visit so nothing is unplugged without a plan.

Yes, and a large share of our work happens in rentals. Acoustic panel mounting can use removable fixings, desk rigs are assembled with reversible hardware where the lease requires it and cable dressing runs travel along skirting instead of through walls. We record every fixing point on a drawing so that move-out day is straightforward.

Most tune-up visits are booked two weeks ahead, and clients on a seasonal schedule receive a reminder before each slot so the date can be held. The visit usually takes one to two hours and covers fan cleaning, fastener checks, level verification and a tidy of any run that has changed since the last build.
